About Us
What is SoftHub?
SoftHub is an independent software guide that brings together the latest versions of popular free programs in one place. Our goal is to help you find the software you need from a trustworthy source — without ad traps or fake download buttons.
How we choose software
- We only list legal software that is free, open source or offered as a free trial.
- Our own editors write the description, feature list and release notes for every program.
- We never publish cracks, keygens, license bypasses or unauthorized copies of paid software.
Where do the downloads come from?
Most of our download links point directly to the developer’s official server. Files we host ourselves belong to programs whose license allows redistribution, and they are provided in their original, unmodified form. We never add adware or bundled installers.
Older versions
Sometimes a new release does not work well on your computer, or you simply prefer the old interface. That is why we archive previous versions whenever possible.
